Frequently asked questions
Is this legal?
Yes. We work under an official service contract that you sign online. For certain procedures (e.g. a duplicate driving licence) a notarised power of attorney may additionally be required — in that case we provide a template and simple instructions, and tell you in advance.
How long does it take?
It depends on the document type and region: usually 2–6 weeks including postal delivery. We give you an estimated timeline for your case before you pay the deposit.
What if the document cannot be obtained?
If after review it turns out fulfilment is impossible for reasons beyond your control, we refund 100% of what you have paid.
What do you need from me?
A scan of your passport, details of the document you need, and the contract signed online. Some services may additionally require a power of attorney based on our template — your coordinator will tell you upfront.
Can I order several documents at once?
Yes — and it saves money: one person's documents are shipped in a single parcel, so you save on delivery. List them in the order comment.
