Service agreement

By placing an order and paying the deposit you accept the terms of the agreement. Key provisions:

1. 01Subject. The Contractor provides legal and intermediary services for obtaining documents and protecting the Client's lawful rights in Ukraine and/or the Russian Federation through authorised partners.
2. 02Assessment. Before the contract is concluded, the Contractor assesses feasibility, cost and timing free of charge. The contract takes effect upon payment of a 50% deposit of the agreed price.
3. 03Price. The price is fixed individually based on the assessment; 18% VAT is added in accordance with the tax laws of the State of Israel (where applicable).
4. 04Payment. 50% deposit on conclusion of the contract; 50% after notification that the result is ready, before hand-over. Payment by official transfers to the Contractor (Israel).
5. 05Refunds. Before work begins, the deposit is refunded in full. If fulfilment proves impossible through the Contractor's fault, 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
6. 06Timelines. Estimates only; they depend on the state authorities and archives of the relevant jurisdictions and are not guaranteed.
7. 07Confidentiality. Your enquiry is strictly confidential. Information about the Client and the engagement is not disclosed, except where expressly required by law.
8. 08Personal data. Processed solely to perform the engagement, stored securely, shared only with those directly performing it.
9. 09Restrictions. The Contractor does not provide services aimed at circumventing sanctions regimes and may refuse any engagement contrary to law or professional ethics.
10. 10Governing law. The laws of the State of Israel; disputes — negotiation, then the competent court at the Contractor's place of registration.
